In addition to performing the office of insolvency administrator, we provide highly-specialized advice in the field of insolvency and reorganization:

to creditors; claim submission, preparation of strategy for negotiations with an insolvency administrator and the remaining creditors, representation of clients during meetings of creditors and related disputes, etc.

to debtors; preparation of an insolvency petition, proposal for bankruptcy or reorganization procedure, representation during related proceedings, etc.

Our specialist for performing the office of insolvency administrator is Radek Hladký, who has long-term experience in this area, gained in the Czech Republic and abroad.

What We Take Pride in

In one of the first international insolvency procedures which has been initiated to resolve insolvency of BOB Home Handelsgesellschaft, an Austrian company, we represent the Austrian insolvency administrator of the company.

In the reorganization of Papírny Vltavský mlýn (the first reorganization in the Czech Republic), we represent IMPULS-Leasing-AUSTRIA, a daughter company of Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich. IMPULS-Leasing-AUSTRIA is one of the major creditors in the procedure and chairs the committee of creditors.
